Aventus Group joins Mintos marketplace

We are truly pleased to announce that Aventus Group has joined the Mintos platform. Aventus Group issues short-term unsecured loans in the Czech Republic, Georgia, Latvia and Poland. Aventus Group is kicking off its cooperation with Mintos by adding loans granted in the Czech Republic.

The average loan that Aventus Group will place on the Mintos marketplace will range from EUR 270 to EUR 550, with a repayment deadline of 7 days to 28 days. It is expected that the average annual net return to investors will be up to 12%. Aventus Group will offer a buy-back guarantee for loans placed on the Mintos platform for which the payment has been delayed by 60 or more days. The loan originator will hold at least 10% of each loan available on the Mintos marketplace as part of their “skin in the game.”

Aventus Group was founded in 2009 in Lithuania, and the group’s businesses currently employ more than 70 people. Since the beginning its operation, Aventus Group has served more than 500,000 clients. More than 22,000 new customers use Aventus Group services each month. The average client age is 30 to 39. The loans issued are primarily used to cover daily and previously unexpected expenses.

Aventus Group has developed a comprehensive customer solvency assessment procedure, analyzing information available through databases, as well as information provided by the client. Internal data shows that for new clients only 36% of their applications are accepted. The share of loans with delayed payments of 60 days or more is 11%.

On 30 June 2016, Aventus Group had a credit portfolio of EUR more than 12 million. Geographically, the portfolio is divided respectively: Poland – 66%, Czech Republic – 17%, Latvia – 14%, Georgia – 3%. The company management predicts that by the end of the year, the group’s credit portfolio will reach EUR 14 million. Aventus Group ended 2015 with EUR 2.5 milllion EBITDA.

Aventus Group uses fintech solutions and big data to offer convenient loans to customers across countries. Aventus Group management is actively working on expanding the group’s market share in both current markets, as well as new ones. It is expected that by the end of the year, Aventus Group will be operating in Spain.
