All loans listed on Mintos Marketplace by Cashwagon’s are issued by Peerman Pte. Ltd., a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of Singapore. Peerman Pte. Ltd. acts as a lender to individual borrowers on the online peer-to-peer lending platform operated by Cashwagon .
Investing in Cashwagon’s Indonesia-issued loans
Cashwagon introduces availability of Indonesia-issued loans on the Mintos marketplace ranging from EUR 30 to EUR 300 with a maturity of up to 40 days. You can expect a net annual return of up to 13%.
All loans listed and available for investment on Mintos are secured with a buyback guarantee by Cashwagon Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), which means that all investments will be repurchased if the loan is outstanding for 60 days or more. In addition, 15% of each loan amount placed on the marketplace is kept on the balance sheet to maintain its skin in the game.
Moreover, any loans issued via the platform, and made available on Mintos come with a group guarantee, which means that all obligations offered to Mintos investors are guaranteed by global Cashwagon Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).
