A little over a year has passed since the peer-to-peer lending marketplace Mintos began its work. Looking back at this time, I’m proud to say that the Mintos team has been rigorous and productive. We have worked to consistently attract new loan originators so that, on one platform, we can offer our investors broad opportunities — both geographically and in loan diversity. We have spent a lot of time and energy ensuring that the platform is both comfortable and easy for investors to use.
I would like to thank the more than 500 investors who participated in a client satisfaction survey at the end of last year. We are truly pleased with the positive investor feedback we received. We have taken your suggestions into account, and plan several improvements over the next six months:
-ensure more complete information about each loan originator connected to Mintos and each loan on the platform;
-develop our blog, so news is available to all investors;
-improve filters to add more options and save frequently used filters;
-create an investor API (Application Programming Interface) to provide the opportunity to invest in the primary and the secondary market, as well as review account history;
-improve Auto Invest so that it is triggered in real time for incoming payments from transactions on the secondary market.
Our customer satisfaction survey showed that 90% of investors plan to grow their investment portfolio through peer-to-peer lending platforms in 2016. I am truly pleased that investor trust in this sector is growing.
The Mintos team will work to ensure that many of those investments are made through our platform. We will continue to improve the user experience on our platform, as well as keep our operations transparent. Of course, we are and will always be open to your suggestions as we continue to develop our services.
