Mikro Kapital now offers investments in business and agricultural loans from Romania

Mikro Kapital, a part of a global holding company Mikro Kapital Group, has expanded its presence on Mintos by adding business and agricultural loans from Romania. Mikro Kapital now offers investment opportunities in 3 countries on Mintos. 

Mikro Kapital IFN SA Romania is mainly financing small and medium-sized companies, including agricultural businesses, and private individuals from Romania. Since its launch in 2016 Mikro Kapital Romania has issued more than 2 000 loans.

Mikro Kapital Romania offers its Romania-issued business and agricultural loans listed in € for investment on the marketplace. The loans range from € 420 to € 147 000 with an average maturity of 40 months. Investors can expect net annual returns of up to 10%.

All loans issued by Mikro Kapital Romania come with a buyback guarantee. This means, should a loan become delinquent for 60 days or more, the company will repurchase the loan. In addition, the loan originator will retain a stake of 10% in each loan, to keep its skin in the game.

On Mintos, Mikro Kapital Romania has a Mintos Rating of B+. This is primarily due to the solid financial performance of the company, the management’s track record, and stable portfolio quality metrics for an extended period of time. As of the end of October this year, the company had a net loan portfolio of € 17.5 million.
